The rooms are beautifully decorated with a terrace, everything is perfect. The breakfast is good, I greatly enjoyed toast, eggs, bangers, and bacon. They offer exceptional service.

Was a very good location and the rooms were surprisingly nice for the price (considering how expensive Switzerland is). The shared bathrooms aren't an issue as they are all clean and there are many available. Ask for a balcony in the summer, a lovely place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine whilst people-watching!

The location is good, at the end of a street near to Wenceslao Sq with a pair or three cabarets, but no problems. Quiet street.Very good buffet breakfast included and clean room.

Only the shower is a little high, difficult to access, not recommended for elder people. Views to an abandoned building behind the hotel.

The vibe was quiet. Really enjoyed the nicely decorated and good-sized twin room in different bedrooms. - All the staff was attentive, solved my issues. - the location was incredible and particularly good, so close to the touristic attractions and the main streets.

The location here is great for exploring around, being close to downtown with nice pubs and amenities nearby.

We had a fine stay, the hotel was unique, fairly clean, with amazing location to historic downtown. Location: the venue was just off the main square and old town. Great to be 500 metres away from Faust Bar, enjoyed our meal there. The private parking was on-site, excellant service. We had a coffee machine in the reception.

The location of this place is fantastic, within walking distance of Wenceslas Square, quiet area close to the train station, main attractions, transport, restaurants.

We were very plesently surprised with this hotel. It is in a great location very close to everything, room was clean and breakfast very good.

We really enjoyed the comfort of the room and the bed/pillows were especially comfortable. I don't sleep this well at home! The breakfast buffet was also very nice. 1 staff in particular was also very friendly and helpful, always helping us with a smile (unfortunately I don't know her name: a young blonde woman)!

The nights were very noisy with drunk people walking around the streets at all hours. The buffet could have had a little more variety in the hot food section, and provided real fruit juices. Also, unfortunately I had to deal with a very, very rude staff on our last night during check-out who not only couldn't discuss the currency exchange with a friendly tone of voice but also accused me of not entering my pin number with my Visa card as I was given the machine too early and did not understand the Czech prompts on the screen. Her name is on our invoice: Tereza Mikyskova. Very very very unnecessarily rude!!!!

Highly recommend this hotel to others. the venue is unique and exceptionally comfortable. the room is perfect, fairly quiet, and equipped with a clean bathroom including a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets. Convenient central location nearby major attractions and historic downtown.
