I booked a triple room expecting three single beds but received a room with a large double bed and an additional single bed. The bathroom was outdated, with brown water in the sink, and a toilet that splashed water everywhere. Additionally, the strong smell of cigarette smoke disrupted our sleep and made the overall experience uncomfortable.

Great spot to explore the area on foot. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy with a comfortable bed. Enjoyed having coffee and tea available in the room. Breakfast was a lovely start to each day. ☕

Some rooms don't match online photos!!! No internal phone means inconvenient trips to reception for assistance!!! Minimal toiletries and separate tiny bathroom facilities create discomfort!!! Consider updating decor for a fresher look!!!

Great Value Stay in Prague

A safe and comfortable stay for a couple. The staff quickly upgraded us to a double room, enhancing our visit. The breakfast had a nice variety, although the eggs could use some improvement. Perfect location for exploring the city, with plenty of dining options nearby.

The location is excellent, nestled in a quiet side street yet just a short walk from bustling areas. The comfortable bed made for a good night’s sleep, and the breakfast offered an impressive selection of globally inspired dishes. However, the unrenovated bathrooms need urgent attention, and issues with heating left the room uncomfortably cold. Thin walls made for a less than peaceful ambiance at times.

Perfect for families looking for comfort

The staff was incredibly friendly and understanding, they even let us check in early because we had a baby with us. The room was spacious enough for my family of four, and it was spotless, which is really important for us with the kids.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still within reason for the convenience we got.
